What fees apply?
The fees depend on how much money you are sending and where you are sending it. Contact any of our locations for an exact cost.
How long does it take?
Most wire transfers are available for pick up in 15 minutes. You also have the option for next day transfer which costs even less.
Does the recipient have to be a Western Union member?
No, the recipient does not have to be a Western Union member, but the money will be available at any Western Union location in the specified area. The recipient will simply need to have a valid ID to get the money.

What are the tax preparation fees?
"Our tax preparation fees start as low as $39.95 for the 1040EZ form, this price includes electronic filing of both federal and state returns. We will charge a fee depending on how quickly you would like your refund.
What is the interest rate on a Rapid Anticipation Loan (RAL)?
We offer loans through a major FDIC Insured Bank. We will charge a fee depending on how quickly you would like your refund. These fees work out at an interest rate of about 36% APR.
How long do I have to pay it back?
With refund anticipation loans, the bank fees and our preparation fees are taken directly out of your federal tax return. In other words you will receive your federal refund minus our preparation fees and minus the bank fee. When your federal refund has been processed by the IRS they will send your federal tax return directly to our FDIC bank to pay off the loan, so the loan is paid back when the bank receives that deposit.
What do I need to qualify for an anticipation loan?
Our FDIC insured bank will determine if a customer qualifies for the Rapid Anticipation Loan (RAL). Most customers will qualify as long as they do not owe any back taxes, back child support, or any other type of debt that could be taken directly out of your taxes.
